I've been trying my best to bring them back for years... They've been cool for decades, everyone just doesn't remember ??

I think to be a rule there needs to be an exception, Advans are that exception.

I’m quite fond of the OEM 18’s on my new car (apologies it’s relatively boring in comparioson to others on this thread)

These were a nomination for the 'worst' wheels? Right?

These divide opinion.

Someone here compared them to the wheels on a MK2 Transit.
They also rust quite well.

Best:

They are nice but the rims look to big for the car for me
Look perfectly proportioned to me, perfect tyre/wheel/arch combo.

That's a pic for the "Pictures that make your teeth itch thread"! Nice wheels though.

As we're allowed to vote for our own, I vote for my Alfa Teledials. Just a shame that they're on a 156, not a 4C smile

Some of Ferrari's recent wheels have been shocking IMO, they're far too thin and empty..

Some that I love, Porsche's mag wheels:

Now that's a proper wheel!

They work well on CXs, too...

(Biggest factory non-TRX was 14", odd PCD - but shared by Alfa.)

The main thing for me is that the wheels suit the car. The examples below for me suit the cars they are attached to, but most would look ridiculous on say a brand new BMW M3. Equally I think huge modern alloys can look daft on classics.

I dislike those and even worse IMO are these.

but I er like my wheels...which are quite similar.

(not actually my car btw, just a better shot of the wheel than I have of my own car)

Both are lousy for me. vomit
yes Hideously over exaggerated spoked wheels.

They look like something that should be fitted to a cartoon villains Hotwheels car.

The Alpha ones with the circles look like something the dsigner put together on a Spiral Art machine when drunk. They also remind me too much of 1980's XR3i wheels, which were just as dire.

I must admit I'm not a fan either. The car itself is actually very nice looking but the wheels do it no favours at all.

In terms of favourites for me, the monoblock rims on this E55 are incredibly 90s but I think they look great.

Those Alfa wheels in the the first post look naff the way they cut the loops off before they meet the rim.

Good ideA though for thread for Ares to post pictures of his grey saloon.

Agreed, on a 900 Turbo they look great.

I love them as well although the E34 M5 wheels are nicer IMO:
