A thought. With all the anger and fractures that blight this country at the moment so this not a chance to heal the rift, at least in part?

We’ve one chuckle brother in the North and one of C&D in the South. Some kind of unholy union perhaps?

Always liked the Sideboard Song, great lyrics. Saw them live a couple of years back, proper East End knees up.

I agree. Musically and lyrically brilliantly crafted.

I also love how people think it is a simple song and then try and sing it at karaoke and make a balls-up of it.
