My old MK2 golf from around 15 years ago, had a tan Momo interior from an Alfa GTV.

How did you do the doorcards?

I love the tan interior in my 159. With the black headlining I think it would be too dark inside otherwise.

I really wanted this when I was looking for the car about 4 years ago, unfortunately rare as hens teeth as most people specced the no-cost option which was unsurprisingly black. Never found the tan option but did eventually find one with a white leather option.
What car is this? Looks like a nice place to be.

I love it. We have dark brown in a carbon black X5. Had light tan in an earlier X5, but that was not good with young children.

I think it depends on the car.... Were I ever to buy a Ferrari, I think tan looks perfect. But tan in a Range Rover (for example) wouldn't work.
^^ This. Not every car can carry off a light colour.

Thank you, the doorcards were retrimmed and if you notice the back bench from the GTV was too narrow, so custom armrests were made and covered in matching hide.

Curious really, I saw it mentioned on the AM Zagatto thread that (paraphrasing) "...the interior was a rank colour..." and some friends of mine are the same. Brown/tan interior??? fk no! 'Orrible!

Personally I love brown/tan and would have this over black in an instant not to mention oyster/parchment to name but 2 others.

Why the lack of love?
How is one comment on the Zegatto thread an indication of “so much dislike”?
More to the point, is "Zagato" really that hard to type correctly?

Ugh, most of those interiors look like something I would clear up after my dog...it's not called 'vets forearm' for nothing.

If it's not black, at least make it dark brown

I think you're bang on with that. In your average car I'd prefer black leather, but as you said in a Ferrari tan leather looks perfect.

TBH I'd have been quite chuffed to have the optional orange interior in my camaro (Mrs I.... Not so much)

Not the best pic but I specifically ordered the tan interior for my Abarth. My Mrs hates it but after a string of black interiors, I love it.

Lovely.

A colour option so rarely seen these days.

Yup-DS5 with the Watch Strap leather option. Also available in the DS4 and a limited edition DS3.

It was lovely but rare-the white leather even more so (mainly as after a year it’d look awful!). We had a white one with white leather in our showroom for about a year-I was hoping it was going to be my company car but it somehow got sold just before the next round of demo registrations!

Back in 1977 I had a Fiat 125 in Olive Green with tan PVC interior - it wasn't a nice combination!

In 1979 I got a Mexico Brown Rover P6B 3500S with tan PVC interior - it was even worse, but at least it had a V8. laugh

What was I thinking? rolleyes
