Plenum bolts with washers?
Discussion
Thanks all. I touched then up with some silver paint, but you're right, stainless would be better. I asked because all these kits on fleabay show spring washers:

I'd considered buying the bolts and washers separately to save a few quid but the standard M8 washers (form A or form B) are 16mm o/d which is too wide!
All those kits seem to have standard M8 washers that won't fit in the aperture between the bolt hole and the plenum body, whereas the spring washers seem to have a narrow enough diameter to be used. Can't seem to find any 'narrow' M8 washers. Imperial equivalent too wide as well.
Where did you get M8 washers with an o/d of less than the standard 16mm?

I found a listing with the required M8 washers on them, o/d of only 14.7 mm. Now to try and find them on their own!

There used to be a shop that sold nuts bolts and washers loose near me, but no more
I see you are in the West Midlands, was that shop Stones in Brierley Hill? If so there are still some places that sell small amounts over the counter that I know to........West Midland Fasteners in Halesowen and Acclaim in Brockmoor but he was thinking of packing it in as well.
Probably others as well.
