Sorry I didn't mean to offend you by calling that pile of st car a Uterus. People call it that because it is so frigging ugly. I like to think a Volvo V70 is fairly inoffensive, so should be referred to as something lighthearted like an Ovlov.
It doesn't particularly matter to me if it is driven by one person, but I was responding to someone who said it will be bought to carry people and items in, which it wont. Its just an oversized ugly heap which you may have the misfortune to park next to in its two parking spaces. (probably only in Monaco admittedly).
I have no problem with an RS4. Tell him he can carry on using it.
OK, so we've established it's just your personal dislike to this particular car. Fair enough, just seems rather childish. It doesn't particularly matter to me if it is driven by one person, but I was responding to someone who said it will be bought to carry people and items in, which it wont. Since when were Lamborghinis not for middle aged men in nightclubs? Hardly diluting the brand!
Urus should be here in next 2 weeks, and will be nice to get a break from taking the other one to work. Will keep an eye out for triceps shrinking and bingo wings developing ;-)
You drive that to work? If so you're an absolute hero.Urus should be here in next 2 weeks, and will be nice to get a break from taking the other one to work. Will keep an eye out for triceps shrinking and bingo wings developing ;-)

Its my opinion its ugly, brash and offensive. Its a fact that it is massive and oversized for an every day road car in the UK.
No it's not.thiscocks said:

So you won't be buying one then? All supercars are brash and offensive. That's part of the reason why people buy them, particularly Lamborghinis. Look at the lovely, very sexy countach above. It's in your face brash. Thats the point of the brand, it's what they (Lamborghini) do best. Therefore, given your comments on the Urus it has meet its design brief.

A standard UK parking space is 2.4 x 4.8 metres.
An RS4 Avant is 4.78m long, and so fits in a standard UK parking space.
An Urus is 5.11m long, and so does not fit in a standard UK parking space. So yes, it is too big for an everyday car in the UK.
Do you think the buyers care? An RS4 Avant is 4.78m long, and so fits in a standard UK parking space.
An Urus is 5.11m long, and so does not fit in a standard UK parking space. So yes, it is too big for an everyday car in the UK.

Shall we ban vans, buses, and all other vehicles, including many 4x4s, A6s, BMW 7-series and everything else that exceeds that length? An RS4 Avant is 4.78m long, and so fits in a standard UK parking space.
An Urus is 5.11m long, and so does not fit in a standard UK parking space. So yes, it is too big for an everyday car in the UK.
Or shall we agree that's a bit of a silly way of determining what's factually too big for our roads?

Oh well the rules about cars like the RS6 and the Panamera as everyday cars that shouldn’t be on our roads. An RS4 Avant is 4.78m long, and so fits in a standard UK parking space.

The Urus isn’t my sort of thing but it’s interesting on a curiosity level. If some has one and he the only one who ever sits in it, why would I care? It’s none of my business and I have more important things to contemplate and worry about.
I have two cars and the vast majority of them time I’m the sole person in the one I’m driving. Perhaps I need to re-evaluate.... nah

My E65 7 series was a wonderful daily driver..... That doesn't fit with your comments. An RS4 Avant is 4.78m long, and so fits in a standard UK parking space.

See a lot of terrible manuvering of large SUV s by people who clearly find them too big!

I was in a parking space between a cayanne and a Jeep grand cherokee the other day in a Tesco and i could literally only just slide myself in the door with it slightly open. Then there was the fun of getting out as I am unable to see through metal panels.
A new 7 series, although big is not just overly big and jacked up for the sake of it and rides and handles like a proper car.

I was behind some woman in an X6 on a country lane the other night. She was constantly right over the central line and slamming on the brakes every time a car came from the other direction. No way I could have even overtaken her because of her road positioning. Bet she would love a Urus.

Not overly big? It's footprint is bigger than a Urus. And I'm pretty sure a Urus would out-handle it!!!!!!!! Just proves you're a trolling idiot, that last comment!I was in a parking space between a cayanne and a Jeep grand cherokee the other day in a Tesco and i could literally only just slide myself in the door with it slightly open. Are you going to buy a Urus, or involved in designing it? Just curious as you seem to cry whenever anyone says anything bad about it.
