Fantastic news - well done Team Morgan.

Sadly, out of my price range but I'd have one in a heartbeat, having had one of ,y most memorable drives to Shelsey Walsh in a fantastic Plus 8.

Would have been more of a disguise to paint it in BRG rather than in "look at me" Zebra.

But then, that's the point, and that sort of "look at me" stuff is one of the reasons those profits rose after 2017.

Good on them, and I like it.

That seems like a lot of camouflage to cover the fact that after years of deliberation. They have changed the font on the fog light switch.

Can those wartime covered slit headlamps be added to the options list please? Thnx.
They were an option in WW2 when the car was last updated...

Blimey, that camouflage is effective in disguising it’s a Morgan.
Considering that it's the new Skyline under there, the camouflage seems to be working well wink

So often overlooked when talking about British car makes.
Good point.

Need to remember to add Morgan to the list of Rolls Royce, McLaren, Bentley, Aston Martin - all of whom have huge waiting lists for their new models. Lotus are also plodding along and TVR represent the future if they can get their stuff together.

What was that about the British car industry's problems again?

If it’s a turbo I6, I’d guess it’s from the same source as the forthcoming Supra- given Morgan’s previous form with BMW propulsion.nerd

I think BMW quite like supplying engines to Morgan.

Nissan relocating X-Trail production away from Sunderland.
Seriously? I would have thought better for a "car site". Nissan have not relocated X-Trail production away from Sunderland. It's never been made outside of Japan. Nissan have just not *expanded* production to Sunderland. In no small part because sales of the X-Trail are down massively, it's a diesel and nissan are struggling with WLTP and emissions and there is no *point* expanding production.

You've inadvertently answered your own question right there.

As you're trying to be pedantic, just because they mostly sold the diesel here, it doesn't mean it was *only* a diesel elsewhere... or in fact here.

They're still not moving production away from Sunderland.

A more effective disguise might have been to paint it a traditional green or sand colour, then no one would have spotted its a new model in development.

400bhp turbo straight six? Seems highly likely.

Hope they can still ship them over after March....
