But as you went to great lengths to point out on the recent pcp thread, there is no difference nowadays between owning a car and driving a car so the main point is that are forced to drive your 'awful' car against your will.

How very stressful for you.

Congratulations on the promotion btw and I hope you find the extra 20 kms sales area a challenge.
"the main point is that are", is this a new form of communication?

Yes, I really, really find it difficult to like, but that's ok, because it;s more than cheap. Which pcp thread was that, you've probably got things confused, as is your way. 20kms, sounds like you need to expand your horizons, perhaps you need an Audi after all?

Explain what?
The sweeping statements made here are about cars like Audi's BMW etc not Honda Jazz's. Obviously, not every driver of every Audi/BMW etc etc are the 'same' - there's hundreds of thousands of them on the road, how can they 'all' be tagged the same! Rubbish.

theplayingmantis said:
people perceptions are based on their own experiences. They can only go off the sample size they have, anything else would be an assumption.
So it's ok to state that your own sample size makes the drivers of every Audi, whatever, a cock? That is an assumption! Still doesn't make it correct.

theplayingmantis said:
Still if we want to go for generalizations, well i think there's certainly value in them. As an example, most Honda Jazz's are driven slowly and by older people for example. I doubt that's far from the truth.
Fair enough, but the majority who buy these kinds of cars does tend to be older people or mothers. But your observation is about a specific car, these other generalisations I refer to are about a marque that contains a broad variety of cars.

LOL... what?

What sort of person is this?

An average man, average penis size, fairly broad?

In which case what sort of person drives an RS? Is his whopper any bigger?

If I buy an RS does my micro penis grow?

If I lease it does it stay the same?

Stop talking absolute nonsense.

Exactly.

I’m sure the most confused would look at me in the Audi commuter and not realise I am actually Batman.

Can confirm, my dad has an RS3 and he has a massive penis.

He's also a company director.

He better not sell it then! The minute he gets rid his penis will shrink and he’ll end up on the dole.

It certainly wasn't bought for driving, as it's a year old and barely done 500 miles. So draw your own conclusions there chaps.

Similarly I think all spec b drivers are assholes, based on a pool of just one individual smile

You had to stick your nose into things again, you are like a virus on here it seems - however, you may even get upgraded to an A8 burner doing your sales rep work, commission based? too bad you are missing out on driving some actual nice cars all this time you are sprouting shiite

Can you not see the irony in what you’re saying? Quite why people attack the person because they don’t like the car is beyond me. It’s just a brand, a brand which I personally have not much time for. However, it doesn’t mean every Audi driver is a cock (as you put it). You quite happily dish out insults but really don’t like them back. Perhaps that’s a lesson for you eric?

Some right bobbins on this thread.

I just sold my S7.

Loved it. Could chuck my road bike in the back, throw it around the lanes, see off most of the tailgaters and it still looked very much a Q car.

I never felt i wanted the RS (wallet aside). Quattro meant I got home to the sticks in the snow last year, a C63 or M3 would have been a non-starter.

I bought it for a variety of reasons, like most people who drive an S.

I now have a cooking spec A4 diesel motorway pig - because 23 mpg and 30,000 miles a year hurts. Quite happy to drive that because I also just got myself a little "Risky Business" which is parked in the garage.

Whilst getting an S3 to be a Handworth Knobjockey is one reason, most of S drivers have plenty more, more mundane and mainstream reasons to buy one.

I feel it’s a pity that the S cars attract a certain type of innit bro and spoil the image somewhat, or rather create a bit of a stereotype.

Used to be they’d be after M BMWs or AMG Mercs but times seem to change.

rolleyes

I rest my case!

So many complaining! What 50?100? (more like 10 or 20) Must be all true then!

What a small (and sad) world you must live in!
