it's absolutely beautiful!

it's funny how Chris Harris and others are whining about a commissioned 1 of 1 car that's £12m being representative of the entire brand when Ferrari has done countless commissioned exclusive cars of a similar price tag.

mclaren does the same, nothing from the monkey..i still chuckle when he got a limited edition 997 gt3rs 4.0 and then sold it real quick, making a video on all the excuses of how he could not afford maintenance only to get a 599 gtb after..cheeky. he is cheap as chips

Any sources for the theory about the missing “fourth” atlantic? Afaik, they made three of them plus a prototype called Aerolithe (57 rather than 57s based): the aerolithe was lost, one if the atlantics heavily crashed but then rebuilt after the war, the other two living happily in Lauren’s and Mullins’ collections. i never read about a fourth atlantic in the classic bugatti literature and the story only surfaced in the xxi century when vw purchased the trademark.

I have no idea how they have the audacity to charge £10m over a Chiron. It's body panels ffs. With the advances in carbon fibre it sure as st isn't costing that much more to make it.

Why should you care? It wasn't made for you and you're obviously not buying the car!

I don't think Mr Piech (or indeed whoever the buyer is) is too bothered by the price, especially if he had it commissioned. And what about the Rolls-Royce Sweptail, built for a single client, just like this Bugatti? Did that not cost around £11-13 million? Or do you think that's a rip-off too?

The Veyron and the Chiron look great, the Divo and this don’t. The wheels and the general detailing makes me think of the more outlandish Peugeot and Citroen concept cars. I guess they are constrained by the Chiron architecture; it would have been great if this had been front engined like the Atlantic.

I don't deny people the right to do this sort of thing, but it is verging on the obscene, IMHO.

Not sure about the exhausts or the paint on the tyres, but the rest is magnificent.

Nice enough....but will it ever be driven anywhere or just sit in a dehumidified bunker never seeing the light of day?

Beaten to it! It’s quite amazing how PH can get such basic facts wrong. Considering how long that W16 engine has been around now with the Veyron/ Chiron.

It's the best integration yet of the horseshoe grille on the VAG era Bugattis. It still looks a bit awkward to my eyes, though, and the homage exhaust pipes are a bit much. Other than that, it looks stunning, and if someone has £11m to drop one something like this, fair play to them.

It's an interesting thing to look at, it has something of the Darth Vader helmet style going on.

I don't dislike it but it's certainly not my favourite hypercar of the week looks wise, I'd be satisfied with an Aventador SVJ roadster and a whole lot of change...
