There must be a thread on this somewhere. I couldn't find it.
Anyhow, the "Porsche 992 911 convertible" thread is presently posting pics of what you can fit in your Cayman. (Along with someone discussing that a Lexus/ Toyota is the best car in the world.. something entirely bizarre.)

Reminded me of a road trip we did around Europe. This is what we managed to get into the Elise.

Skoda Superb fits pretty much everything in it. Not even the estate model!

Going to a wedding in Devon last year, I had in the car: Wife, daughter in car seat, mother in law. Wife's handbag, mother-in-law's handbag and baby change bag in the cabin of the car

In the boot... baby pram, folded travel cot, two suitcases, a suit carry case, two dresses carried in similar fashion. Hatbox. Shoes in boxes. A box with a glass vase that my m-i-l had bought for her sister.

Parcel shelf was only slightly askew, which bugged me every time I looked in the mirror!!

In my Sagaris to Le Mans....

4 man tent
2x camping chairs
1x medium sized cooler
1x odds and ends camping box
2x inflatable mattresses
2x sleeping bags
2x overnight bags
1x 6ft+ passenger

....and I could still see out of the back!
Caught out of the tolls...

Worst I’ve got a fit girlfriend with a tenuous link to cars ever.

No photos - but found the best all round carrier was my Mini Cooper D R56 - with back seat folded down, and Front passenger seat laid flat - transported 4 x 4x4m popup gazebos + mountain bikes.

Sounds daft but even beat my B7 Audi S4 Avant for ease of loading up .....

No pics, but I got a dismantled wardrobe and chest of drawers plus a bunch of other household stuff into the back of my old integra DC5 with ease... amazingly practical and big load space for the type of car. The rear seats fold flat and the boot is fairly deep, so you get a decent load area AND VTEC!

She looks a bit cheesed off with the whole thing.

I never understand why, with folding rear seats, you do not get a folding front passenger seat (Yes, a few do it, but not many).

No photos, but my 2016 Mustang takes 8 foot 4x2s, but they won't fit in the wife's Disco Sport, so the Mustang's better for the B&Q trips!

In my Mercedes S124 I got a Miele fridge-freezer in the back.
That car did have a passenger seat that folded flat which was brilliant for fetching skirting boards and the like from builder's merchants.

I could just fit a brompton in a Boxster front boot, and a christmas tree in the passenger side, with passenger. The roof did have to come down for that though :-D

Like you say, few do.

Smart Roadster, so allows longer items from the boot.

Think this is a Ford (US market)

I once got a brand new bath in my Citroen C2 back in about 2006, took the rear seats out and the front passenger and it slid straight in. Will have to try and dig the picture out if I can find it.
