I totally forgot about the barge meet sorry. Our 15 year old dog passed away Tuesday morning so we're not having the best of holidays. Don't think I really feel like coming now.

At Haynes now, parked around the back in the overflow parking area. Supping a coffee in the cafe if anyone else is around 🙂

I spied this earlier.

I wonder which would be more ruinous hehe

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mercedes-Benz-S500L-AMG...

Certainly the newer car would be more ruinous, the W140 is pretty much unbreakable.

That said the newer car would be sort of better yet feel much cheaper, because in real terms it was.

Somewhere there's a person who looks at that and thinks, yes that'll do.

I agree, it needs to be put out of its misery immediately, and before it can be seen by others.

I didn't sign the Doodle for the Haynes meet but may be able to make it. Just turn up at 11ish?
Sounds fair!
I spoke too soon! Can’t make it but hope barge fun is had by all.
It was just me, myself & I by the time I left biggrin Coffee & a slice of Bakewell tart went down nicely.

Can’t make the Northern meet now, unfortunately; my other half is ill and I need to do the supportive bloke thing. Hope you have a good day.

Really? That's a real pity and I'm sorry it wasn't more barge and thread-like. Still, bakewell tart, so not all bad.
