You're not done yet though.... The other party has a while to accept and act..... I'm secretly hoping they don't agree so you can force it to an Ombudsman..who would doubtless agree with adjudicator.. Resulting in the publication of the decision!!!

Investigators letter gives them 7 days to respond in the affirmative, or it goes to the ombudsman. I spoke to her last week and she said if that happens then its probably another 2-3 weeks
