Currently running an Insignia 2.8 in Elite trim so as to have something brisk but under the radar.
No wings, no skirts, no bling, no lowering, no big alloys, no pothole-prone-low-profile tyres, no bucket seats, nor anything else to differentiate it from other Insignias, except a small badge on the boot which says V6 4X4.
Being a Vauxhall, no self-respecting car thief would want to steal it anyway, so no fear leaving it parked somewhere. And even car experts won't be aware of its existence because they overlooked Vauxhall.
Not the fastest car by modern standards (0-60 = 6.7s from a slushbox auto, top speed limited to 155mph) but brisk enough and handles well for such a big heavy car. High road tax, thirsty in slow town traffic (20mpg), but respectable mpg on longer runs (35mpg).

As anonymous as undesirable to thieves as they come?

Not a six or eight cylinder but another one to make the badge snobs squirm and the car thieves overlook it:
Vauxhall Astra (K) Elite
1.6T, 200PS, 0-60 = 6.6s, 146mph.

I'm loving that...right down to the Bentley-esque badgeGiven the Hyundai is probably a bit too undesirable to anyone, let alone thieves, what about this Infiniti? Specs on paper look very impressive...

Hi
After a Q car, something with a decent amount of poke, but with badges removed can be left at the station car park.
Budget from 15-30k, ideally 2014 or newer - ideally seeking super stealthy, no wing backed buckets etc.
Suggestions please?

My own Lexus GS450h golf club special in white comes with a 3.5 litre V6 giving 340bhp and gets to sixty in under six seconds and will return 40 mpg driven sedately. After a Q car, something with a decent amount of poke, but with badges removed can be left at the station car park.

Leave the hybrid badges on as people assume it is slow ,a rare car but a very good one in my opinion.
Another recommendation for a Skoda Superb 280.
I bought one a couple of months ago - 66 plate estate on 22k miles. L&K trim, so plenty of toys. 0-60 in under 6 seconds, easy 30mpg (I'm getting 35), 4x4, reasonably cheap tax and insurance. I paid £23k.
It's basically built on a stretched Golf R platform, so most of the performance, with more load space and a more comfortable ride, and as close to zero nickability as you can get without buying a shed.
It compares very favourably to the BMW E61 (5 series estate) that I had a few years ago for ride and handling. It's the same size, give or take an inch, but has a lot more space in the back.
