Couldn't decide between here or the "bad parking" thread....

Just about room to walk past, but wheelchair users & f*t folks would struggle.

Personally, I don't see how that's a crappy plate. Lots of snobbishness on this thread folks...

There should be a space in the middle. Thems the rules. Actually it's the law but folk love to decide which ones they can break.

It would be a great plate if it was spaced correctly, but it isn't, so it's not smile

One does see the odd 'Essex' plate around. E3SSX, E5SSX, etc.

As to why they feel the need to advertise the county they live in, I'm not sure. I find it hard to believe you'd find 'BR15TOL' or 'SU11OLK' proudly parked on High Streets in those area.

It really wouldn't you know.

If you're still not sure why, then ask any Year 1 primary school pupil if it works using numbers to spell words.

I'd be thrilled to take a small wager on that, to your nominated charity...

That TOWIE 5hite is only a re-hash of all the Essex-girl jokes from the 80's. Those stereotypes exist in every location...as do the regional plates smile

You'd be wrong on the BR15TOL one, it sold for £20k at auction and I regularly used to see it when I worked in the centre of the City, though it doesn't appear to be on a car at the moment.

Oh for sure it's a thing.

Given that using numbers in an attempt at spelling words is both pretentious and illiterate it's not that much of a challenge to work out exactly who it's going to be a thing with either. smile

Always trying to score points with your perceived superiority...you can't win the internet Steve, but you can certainly look like a bit of a prig jester
