vehicle cruising prohibited
Is cruising defined as a line of vehicles travelling the road?

Does this ban on cruising also apply to motorcycles?

Could 'driving in a convoy' apply to the vehicles in that google image?

The same as the other 'car cruising' injunctions: nobody needs to prevent it as such - after the injunction anybody taking part in a meet will be in contempt of court. In the other cases, the police widely publicised the bans and warned that anybody breaching it would be arrested and brought before the court.
Has anyone ever been prosecuted in relation to this type of injunction for car meets though? Be interested to know.
AFIAK technically there would be no prosecutions, because it's an injunction. The police would bring people before the court for contempt of court proceedings. As mentioned above there have been dozens of them in one area alone.

Read the contents of the link saaby. Then your questions will be answered. If you can't figure out the document you can always follow the instructions in bold to get assistance with that.

Is this a futher part of a move to use court fines as a way of punishing people rather than fining them for the actual crime
Here it's contempt of court instead of a fine for poor driving up and down the road

We've seen 'pevert the course of justice' used for speeding fines

He talking bks.

Saaby was very vocal in his defence of Fiona Onasanya (MP) who was convicted of PCOJ, jailed, and struck off as a Solicitor. He sees it as a result of her speeding rather than the actual PCOJ.

Her brother was also convicted of PCOJ over the incident, but wasn't even in the car. Saaby93 is strangely silent over that injustice!

Saaby is either her brother or some sort of conspiracy theorist.

What's with the offences against the person charges? Is it in lieu of RTA ones they need public place/road for or something?

CPS website - “ Wanton and furious driving - this offence can be used when offences under the Road Traffic Act 1988 are unavailable, for example, when a vehicle is not driven on a “road or public place”, or when the vehicle is not motorised (e.g. a bicycle).”
