Interesting and thanks

I drove less than a mile I’d say and that wasn’t easy!
Will probably be a seised idler pulley which throws the belt off.

Yes. Not that long ago we had some chap trying to peddle a family member's one of those with a lot less miles for a lot less dosh.

He was annoying, and presumably has sold it after advertising it on here near weekly for a while and has now disappeared, unless he's been banned for breaking the site rules, but I reckon that's properly overpriced with miles like that.

Ah. They all seem to start at £3k so maybe I'll hang on and see if one comes up cheaper.

One for the Lexus lovers here.

Interesting to see how that finishes up.

I proper love that. So retro. Such a shame that's in Scotland as the cost to get it would be more than the car.

Mrs Bolide still says no! It's a shame as Id buy a car to keep in Glasgow. I think that it's quite elegant and the second photo in particular is quite flattering. The gravel drive is a plus.

Seems a bit suspicious: if the issues are as minor as he states, why would he not sort them out himself, considering he's a car trader.

No mot either. Ran out in October. fking lying traders.

Life was so much simpler when I bought non sub £5k cars.
Every car I look at seems to have hidden issues without even going to look at them.

As it happens the car is only 30 minutes from me. Tempted to go and view it. Not my first choice of Lexus but it is nice.

It's an auction for an LS with stupid little plates and a couple of fked tyres. Examples of neglected LS400 are all over the place, have I missed why we all love this one?

Slightly over budget, but worth posting I think.

Thud.

Is parking on your back lawn the opposite of a gravel drive?

Front passenger side looks low (as stated in the ad), driver's seat torn, no MOT, sat nav error (possibly ruining the whole MMI??)....I suspect more issues too, and certainly not as cheap as he says to fix I reckon.

But yes, it LOOKS nice!

Bloody hell boys, we're definitely all doomed. I thought lone stupidity was forgivable, but group madness is, well..., mad.

I'd still buy the Lex though.
