What gets me with this LLF guy is that every single person on here will have gone over the speed limit at some point in their driving lives, but this idiot actually documents it on video and sticks it on a big platform like YouTube for everyone to see and seemingly gets away with clearly doing well over 100mph on public roads.
In a recent video where he refitted his stock exhaust on his M4, he took it for a fast run and pixellates the speedometer but you can tell it's illegal speeds by gearchanges and screaming engine I'm sure police around Slough / Hounslow will have seen his exploits, so it's only a matter of time

Wtf...... Why aren't the police taking action
- Clearly speeding (to the point at 16.30 the owner visible looks worried about the speed they're traveling at and taps the youtuber to slow down)
- Owner throughout the video doesn't wear a seatbelt
- No front plates.......
I know Youtube have other issues like how to make a good YouTube Rewind video but this takes the piss.
Ebay coilovers , ditchfinder tyres and wants 800bhp .... Wtf...... Why aren't the police taking action

We all speed of course, but this is taking the piss and to film and publish for anyone to view on a platform as popular as YouTube is staggering.
Without being all Daily Mail about it, I (can’t believe i’m typing this) hope that the Police intervene as I fear that it is inevitable that a ‘big one’ on the horizon if things aren’t toned down.
Edit to add: I’m aware that LLF is far from the only channel posting such content, but it is perhaps the most extreme example that i’m aware of.

Actually quite like the idea of 2JZ in an old 5 Series
The owners driving position with his head so far back he is looking down his nose is the best thing about that video
I assume TIm will never sell the full size version so the 1/8 model will stay as well
They do interst free credit as well..ll

I have bought it as opposed to being given it, which comes in at £8,500 for the bespoke Senna model made to match your car's specification. There's a base Mira Orange model for slightly less, or the illuminated and motorised-doors version for more - which I would love but can't justify at this time.
Along my travels, I've seen Amalgam models in car collections and at many events, and approximately 4 years ago I stayed over at a friend's place where he had maybe 8 of them in total which I was mesmerised looking at. Even prior to that point I'd been keen but fast forward and with the Senna in the garage it was the perfect time to do it. Especially as I'm now in the process of setting up a 5,000sqft garage location (and compared to that annual rent believe me this cost is very small), where it will sit pride of place in my 'office area' and be seen a lot.
As mentioned as well, the videos will make some effort to work towards it, the 250k views so far on the video heading to see it being assembled takes me about 1/6th of the way there already.

I'm not going to disagree with that, there's no question they are expensive models. However they are a lot less than an expensive artwork that could slap a few zeros on the end and be of significantly less interest to me.Shmee said:

I was discussing Amalgam models with somebody who had a quote from them for something completely bespoke, ie a model they have never done before. Yes exactly, I also thought about asking for a new Ford GT, but quickly decided it was a bad idea. The quote was for a kerbside model, so darkened windows, no opening doors/bonnet/etc and was in the region of £80,000…

Indeed it is.But you would think that most of their customers are in a financial position that allows them to own multiple desirable supercars. So spending up to 10 grands worth on what would be consider a piece of bespoke art is not really going to hurt them financially.I have seen people spend a similar amount on just clothes or jewelry. Some people will even spend 10 grand to tick more carbon fiber options on a non track car.

Refreshing change? A well-off posh white guy? Yeah definitely not enough of those out there.Hopefully he makes more of the BTS photography/editing videos like he used and doesn't become a 'churner'.

Talking about the car, not themselves, never really thought about his colour or wealth .I try to watch other YTs but they just talk nothing and actually have quite dull personas, as their only interest is the ablity to buy stuff, but they appeal to their audience, like instagrammers do, living vicariously through someone else's shallow life.
The guy posted was instantly different to that.
