Speaking of YT, I saw a video where a YT went through his earnings. His name is Graham Stephan and he has a finance and real estate channel with 2.5M subscribers. The money is making is very impressive, to say the least. Apparently, finance channels are the most lucrative, I guess because finance companies fork out the most for advertising.

Anyway, this guy gets around 300,000-500,000 views per day, he showed his analytics page and went through it day by day. And he's earning $4,000-$7,000 in ad revenue per day!! The past year his total was $1.9M, That's bloody impressive and works out at a CPM of $32. I gather that's an incredible number. He's only 28....

Clearly there's a massive difference across sectors on YT. what I've read is that finance apparently is very niche and there are not a huge amount if creators which seems odd for something so clearly lucrative.
