Unfortunately my video was lost in the many pages of Volume 4.
However it showed a driver passing me then slamming his brakes to a stop on a dual carriageway, opening his door, closing it then driving away.
I sent the dashcam footage to the police 9 months ago, I got an email today.
They said the driver failed to provide details so he has been sent to court and will likely carry a higher fine and points for failure to provide details. Massive win for me.
