Looks like a safe overtake to me, unless of course breaking the speed limit, but doesn’t look very fast, or maybe passed the officer to close before passing the cam bike not sure why he got a pull.

I think the biker was at the speed limit, this isn't a course for complete noobs after all. Which means the car must've been going 70+ for an overtake that fast
