You have to ask why people are so stupid when there is flooding, the roads here are full of stricken cars, it was the same in the 2015 floods, people just drove into water that was 3ft deep, you have to be thick as mince.

Looks like it has an aluminium trim finisher around the windscreen,

But, without all the sensors in the windscreen, first gen boxster might be a possibility...

I'd go with Mk3 MX5, its not any form of Audi, you can see the ribs in the roof so that rules out Porsches, it looks like its a 2 seater as the roof is quite short.

Windscreen surround is very curved, so not Audi. Looks mx5 ish
