Presume the teeth are plastic or sum such just for show? Regardless of the bacon slicer pedestrian safely implications if it were steel, the car wouldn't be able to move for the weight?

I've got a feeling it's a massive Ford truck type drive train underneath. Notice the wheels have 10 wheel nuts and tyre looks bigger than the whole front door. Also the massive sills. I think it could even be a Ford f650. These monsters can carry a small moon easily. Or maybe the f550 which is like half the size - lol.
