We were at Mallory park for a supercar driving day just after the Noble was released, laugh of the day was when one participant snapped the entire steering wheel and boss off the noble as exiting the car. It didnt turn a wheel for the rest of the day so never did get to drive it.Chubbyross said:

None more grey. I had a E36 328 many years ago, I liked it at first but after a couple of years I could not live with the horrible two tone grey anymore.
I will never again own a car with a grey interior, looks as bad as beige to me.

That is absolutely brilliant!! Love it (when it works).ETA, this is a hugely innovative and very simple, straight forward design, that works really well with the exterior.
Also it has aged very well! Tesla with the model 3 and Honda with that urban design concept do look very similar in many points.
Great piece of design that!!

that LC interior would be fine if it wasnt for terrible colour combo.

Not sure this thread is for me. The more I look at that Lexus, the more I like it. Ditto the Ali G F430.
The green Lagonda I think looks fantastic.
I agree on the mid grey plastic interiors from the 90s; never liked them. And beige was even worse. Years ago, my dad was looking at Rover 200/400s, and we went to look at one that had the pensioner beige interior. It was quite revolting when we finally twigged what the colour reminded us - a hearing aid. He ended up buying one with a dark blue interior, which wasn't too bad.

I'll take a different angle to the "one off" worst interior trims.
I think one of the worst for a mainstream car (with the potential to do better) would be the E90 3 series. For a car that has aged well in terms of exterior looks, and was quite "different" looking when it was released back in 2006, the interior somewhat lets it down. Saving grace would be for cars specced with the nav which brings things up a bit.
People may disagree with this, but as I said coming from the angle of a mainstream car that really could have done better.

To hold in in place when cornering from the phenomenal G-forces.I've always thought that Americans have endured a lot of really poor kwality interiors over the years in some of their cars.

I think that 996 takes it. That's dreadful.
I do t think the 996 interior has aged well in black but that green (everything ) turns the awfulness up to 11!still think the purple, orange and grey combo on my first post is the worst i've seen on a recent modern car

I'll concur, considering I sat looking at that exact dash layout for the best part of 5 years. The nav equipped versions were worse IMO because of the 'double-bubble' dashtop profile.People may disagree with this, but as I said coming from the angle of a mainstream car that really could have done better.
Also it did not help that much of it was covered in that dreadful rubberised paint that turned to goo (especially the door grabs) and the aluminium trims on the door cards were positioned exactly where the seatbelt buckle would collide with them when reeling back, leaving the interior of the door looking like a pock-marked mess.
Oh, and the silver trim on the gearknob would peel off from the front edge leaving a very sharp and scratch edge on the plastic.
