Bought another car on Saturday and had been checking through some old Mot's. It had 321 ABC on it years ago, rather nice plate and currently for sale on RT.

Yes, Northern Ireland. Issued by Armagh Council, November 1965.

321 ABC was issued by Leicester Council in November of 1960. Vehicle was tested in Birmingham, so still fairly local.

It has the original reg now. Not sure it needs a private plate although I do like real good plates as per thread.

This is my source. There are others available. I think there's a good one by Noel Woodall and a not so good one by Heaton and Woodall.
Looks like a book of pure porn to a numberuolageyist.......thumbup
It is, I have this, as well as the Woodhall and Heaton one. I find it quicker to track a plate using both - the W&H has a list of all two letters issued, forward and reverse (and three letters were from the same office. Then over to the Newall who has compiled all available records of all plates issued from 1903 until the suffixes came in. #plategeek

Sadly I didn't take a pic but for many years T50 has been on a Skoda Yeti close to me, I noticed the other day that the car is now wearing a cheap Irish plate.... I wonder if GM made an unrefusable offer!

I saw N 1 on a Range Rover coming back on the A303 earlier in the week, first single single spot I’ve seen out and about for quite some time!

I'm not jealous at all... lol

Nice earner, really - and I assume they are CGT free when you sell them on (as an individual)!

Did a Google search for one of my plates, came up with some pictures of it attached to a 1957 Bentley in the USA but displayed in a UK format, perhaps it was on it at some point in it's life smile
