I can vouch for this, for I have met him.He wears a long khaki parka jacket with an enormous fur hood, but in contrast, underneath that, he is sartorily rather elegant, wearing a well-cut suit in the Italian style, and polished chisel-toe Chelsea boots, and his hair is cut in a "mop-top" style emulating his favourite group:
He is quite tall, but with a Small Face, and he rides a Lambretta 350 scooter festooned with spotlamps, rear view mirrors on long stalks and with 12' whip aerials mounted behind the bespoke Italian leather seat.
For track days, he rides this awesome machine:
To watch him on track is quite an amazing experience, as his masterly throttle control and uncanny riding skills have to be seen to be believed. I have never witnessed anyone else throwing a scooter at full throttle into corners in the style of Peter Craven or Ove Fundin, the famous Speedway stars. With one foot down and his tail out all the way is quite unbelieveable!
Off track, he is genial and affable, and enjoys a pint just like us mortals.
On duty, he is firm but fair, and takes his moderating seriously, but in moderation.
You can't say fairer than that.
Oh, and he says that Porsches are for girls.
Some say he is Neil Chambers' right hand man:

An international hitman who only takes on clients who have been wronged by VERY bad people, the sort of people who take lollipops off kids, the sort of people who knock on old dears doors and run away, the sort of people who suck the chocolate off of chocolate covered raisins, the sort of people that don't tip in a restaurant, I think you get the idea!!! When he's not doing that he's a mild mannered janitor with a penchant for wearing a black mask and a karategi, he also loves Rioja blue Racing Focuseseses!!!
