Dark grey isn't what I would call brightly coloured.

Maybe the idea wasn't to see the dark grey, even if it might be called 'sparkly'

Maybe the idea was a light hearted comment re all the colour variations of the decals.

Maybe I don't really give 2 monkeys what you think.

Who knows?

No need for apologies bud.

No offence was taken and I see all posts on here as light hearted and 'passing the time of day'.

Unfortunately fell victim to the boring colour car. Had my eye out for a mazda MX5 mk2.5. If you know anything about these its that they rust.

This particular example (that I now own) had little to no rust at all on the car. This made it more than worth while to buy and keep.

Maybe will paint it or wrap depends on what the future holds...

I do miss the bright red swift sport I had though.

Told myself I'd never buy a black, silver or white car. They're just dull and I like bright colours (my current car is red)

But I've just put a deposit down on a black 1 Series hehe My excuse is that it has a bright red interior, which looks best with a black exterior wink

My topic has arrived! Since sold the yellow one sadly and its replacement is boring white but luckily not the kind of white that anyone would order on purpose, more basic UN spec. On the look out for something nice in purple or orange.

Mine is bright red if that helps cheer the OP up.
Mine have always been bright red (although one or two of them have taken a little time to re-invigorate the shiny red, from the sun-faded panels) or bright blue (sky blue, not extra monotony navy). always nice and polished, shiny, shiny smile

Most of my neighbours have silver or grey cars vomit, and I will be honest it does hide the dirt really well, I know this as they can never be bothered to clean them although always comment if I do my cars (or cut my lawn, or paint the house, bit like the expect me to volunteer to do theirs too), back to cars... Silver never looks clean to me, but it doesn't ever look stinking dirty at the first glance.

That Altezza looks superb, if he ever wants to sell it, would love to hear about it. Or if you know of one for sale in that colour or an orange on the off chance.

The boy racer's choice de rigueur around here, "if the cross is wide, let 'er slide"...

Know 2 people wth yellow ones, one HKS turbo'd, someone local to me has a lovely mint green one and there are a few other wild coloured ones around.

Some call it orange
Some call it brown
Lotus call it autumn bronze.
Whatever it is I love it and it gets some attention to be sure...

My brother still has LOTS more planned. It's a RS200 Z limited manual with genuine Neo custom bodykit + sunroof. We spent months looking for one in UK/Ireland/Japan before finding this one and imported it a couple of years ago. Since it arrived it's been treated to a few performance & handling mods plus a few sets of wheels , over the coming weeks it's getting a Apexi Ecu/custom map, TRD final drive, rebuild diff, lightened flywheel, clutch an some general maintenance stuff like diff mounts/bushes an so on.

It's a lot of fun and seems to generate some very mixed opinions.
