This story flashed up on my Facebook newsfeed (not sure why as I do t read or follow the Mirror)...

A 570GT got hit really hard by an Audi that ended up on its side after hitting the 570 with the driver trapped inside the car.

The Mirror seemed more interested in how much the car cost rather than how the Audi ended up hitting it so hard in a car park.

Accelerator instead of brake?

Been done many times before. You press the accelerator thinking it’s the brake, car moves and you press the ‘brake’ harder and thus carnage ensues.

[FatherTed mode=on] Is the chap at the front saying "Sure it's not too bad, should be able to straighten that out with a tap of the hammer..."[/FatherTed mode]

That's going to be an oucher of an insurance claim if both cars are relatively new - £200k+

Wonder if it's an OAP if they couldn't extricate themselves from the Audi?

Funny enough, I've never been a fan of Macs, but the combo of white and the multispoke wheels appeals. biggrin

What's the odds that the Audi driver will have any driving charges levelled at them?

As the Audi driver you must have a moment of thinking "of all the cars to hit like that, it's not the beaten up Clio, it has to be the £200k supercar".
