I would be well down the pecking order. Live in a 2 bed flat west London on a block with 100 odd flats. One guy has R8 v10 German plates. Huracan parked a little further down. RX7 in one of the garages. M5 competition. M140i. Old e55AMG. S3. 2x GTI. Saw a Hummer h2 the other day. Not fast though. 440i. alfa quadrifoglio.

Have to deal with just that before my Saab V6 would get a look in. Then it’s more mundane stuff.

Another cul de sac dweller here that's surrounded by dull machinery. I suspect my elderly Saab 95 Aero Hot is the fastest but there's a C1 that's peaked my interest ever since the latest Bad Obsession series.

I’m afraid not. My SLK350 is no match against a Diablo and Huracan
I want to live where you do! I'd love seeing a Diablo and a Huracan everyday for sure. smokin

The house opposite me have an Astra and a Corsa, so car enthusiasts are thin on the ground around me sadly. frown

I very much doubt it, although it's a long road and I haven't done a comprehensive survey.

There used to be a chap down the road with a Maserati of some sort but I think he's moved. There are some Porsches up at the top end where the big houses are. I bought my current car off a neighbour, he replaced it with a Mercedes (CLS 320?) which he'd bought from somebody further up the road. We seem to be keeping it local!

Cul-de-sac (natch) of 10 houses, and 21 cars, of which three are ours. Those three would be the fastest on the street, though a hollow victory considering the competition, or lack thereof.

Noisiest is the Harley copy thingy from the surf dude at the bottom of the road

But, if it was off-road, I'd want the Land Cruiser from opposite our house - I think he's had it since God was a boy, and it just seems unstoppable. It moves no quicker or slower if empty or towing his massive boat, and has about 500,000km on it.

I can claim the fastest (A8), the oldest (1963) and the snottiest (Fiesta diesel) but there are only 18 houses.

A chap down the road did have an RS4 but he chopped it in for an A4 TDI a few years ago for some bizarre reason.

The next most powerful to mine is my neighbour with his 184 diesel Scirocco and my car has almost double that power so I’ll take the crown biggrin

Neighbour on the other side has some kind of fast bike though which I reckon would be a winner in a drag race but it’s not a car so doesn’t count.

Can't see onto one driveway, but I think we're the same. I reckon we have the top three fastest, at least two nastiest in my Micra and Jag, plus currently my dad's old 1973 MGB is on the driveway, so I'm claiming oldest. Not seen any bikes so I'm claiming fastest motorbike too. laugh

Your 3.2 might be the biggest engine, but I'd be surprised if it was fastest unless it's modded. My nephew just bought a completely average 1.4 Astra that's 8 and change 0-60. With everything being turbocharged these days performance has really moved on.

With a Tesla, this is an easy game to win. hehe Certainly the quickest 0-60, but not flat out as there’s a couple of older Bentley Continentals and a Porsche 997. Everything else is boring and slow.

No Tesla’s in ours, so I reckon our Kona EV probably takes the prize....with the cr@ppy OE Nexan tyres, it is certainly the easiest to spin the wheels on hehe
Mostly dull motors around us, a few vans. My previous Saab 9-5 Aero probs held it’s own back in the day....

Not the fastest car but I am the fastest driver by a massive margin.

I can make my wife's Nissan Note 1.6 auto go faster than my neighbours with their GT2RSs, Murcielagos and 488 Pistas.

11 house cul de sac here.

The fastest is my neighbour's XFR. Joint second will be XKR and my E500 which, on paper, have very similar stats.

Everything else is either a mum truck or a shopping trolley.

In with a shout with a classic impreza with over 500bhp (when it works), but there is also a new shape Focus RS, a Bullet Mustang, Z4M Roadster, 997 4S, modified S3 and a Pantera race car.

Pantera wins on cool points though.

edit: forgot the Tesla S.

I suspect so but it's touch and go. A near neighbour who uses the same underground garage has an RS4 estate, but the real competition is an Astramax van, in white, that parks up the road.

/cliche.

There's a couple of bikes but they're not cars (thread title pedantry matters), and once you leave my (one way) street there's (at least) an Urus, a GT3 RS, a new Continental, several other high-spec 911s and an F8 Tributo (plus various other stuff which occasionally emerges), so my arse would be well and truly kicked.

Pretty sure in my cul-de-sac of around 50 houses I have 1 & 2 spot by a considerable margin (RS6 and a semi-warm Caterham), but then again the only car guy I’ve got on my street is a chap into his fast Fords who’s currently got a modded Fiesta ST and also has had a rather subtly modded Mk1 Focus RS.
Then again most of my neighbours are eligible for Saga holidays and have been for a few decades, so not sure if it’s worth bragging about!

Nope, Clio 182 is mine, but there's a TVR of some sort (it's always under the covers, and I don't know a lot about them) and an M140i, so I'm definitely third at best! Haven't really seen much else, there's a guy with an old Mustang about 100 doors down, but I think that's just very nice rather than quick.

Ferrari 488 has the honours here. Followed by a 17 plate RS6 Avant in battleship grey. Some kind of RR SVR, an X4M and a new 8 series thereafter. Couple of S5s too and a bright yellow S1.

My leased golf R estate is cheap as chips and I’ve enjoyed driving my ancient Boxster more than ever this year, although having 2 cars is definitely overkill seeing as I barely need to drive at all now...
