Lesser seen petrol-powered Phaeton. Reasonable miles, sparse ad but bar a piece of missing front bumper trim could be quite bargainous in the current climate at less than two bags:

I'm sure it's a lovely part of our country.

These seldom find any love (except for myself and CdG I think) but I keep posting decent ones in the hope someone will take the plunge and confirm they are sub-zero cool ??

I really like that generation of Legend, particularly the coupe.
I would happily have either but I think the coupe looks great.

Another quick mention of LS400 cam belt at the dealer. My local (Reading) did my car for ~£650 earlier this year and, aside from a hope clamp needing nipping up afterwards, no issues. Compared to about £1k from a specialist, it seemed a pretty fair price.

(To clarify: the work was done by my local Lexus dealer. I'm not sure that the staff at The Bull have cam belt expertise, but they can do a good curry)

I’m umm-ing and ahh-ing; the face mask thing is a bit of a turn off I must admit but it’s not till June so who knows what the craic will be by then. If it’s a go-er I’ll either be in an intra-thread Lexus with international credentials or an intra-thread 190LE. Probably with the little one too, I’d imagine.
Bicester Scramble looks interesting but I'm not wearing a facemask outdoors (by then, my increasingly revolting face mask will be 11 months' old: looking at it just now, it cannot be healthy). Anyway, for those who like to rob houses, we shall be enjoying the last day of my holidays. Although I see you can fly in...
Bumping this as JPvanRossem has mentioned it on the horrible rust buckets meet thread. I've got tickets for Sunday 6th.

Finally more members for my church of prude! To keep with the barge ethos people would do well to ask themselves "WWACOID?" before posting.

Ben
Obviously I know what "WWACOID" means, but if others didn't, would you expand, for their benefits?

Re frisky Friday, I don't mind it but it feels like we've gone from (what I consider to be) thread whimsy to something a little more seedy
As others have said, we exist in our own little bubble here and in the main we self regulate. It feels like we've drifted from that.

I'll go back to my (heavy) drinking now.

You forgot to mention the bit where they left £651.14 in the ashtray.

And I'll also join the chorus of disapproval/dismay/disdain/Disaronno for the Friday 'thing.'

"Look at that body work! The car looks pretty good, too!!!!!! HURR! HURR! HURR!"

This thread is better than that.
I hope so, anyway.

That's £1985 down the drain as soon as you drive off the forecourt...

That's if you agree to buy it in the first place; as there's clearly issues with it at that price and the mileage is all over the show!

Unless you've c£1900 to waste and want to experience the car and drive it all of 6 miles until it does on you; go for it laugh

Thanks for that, think I'll get a quote from local dealer

Pot of tea, slice of Battenburg with a doily - only 44k miles. Spanish is a bit racy for Harold now he's reached 110 so he's moving it on

Another manual - 3.0 V6 Quattro drinking from the correct pump. Red lights in the door (rather than reflectors) is a good proxy for bargeism

Pov spec 190 with just 29k miles and some lovely photos

I have a ticket for Sunday but I am in two minds. It's the mask-wearing outside which puts me off. I have until 29 May to request a refund if I choose, though it's only £15 to lose.

Fantastic photos. Shame it's not quite early enough to be a single washer jet car. A grand for a dashboard replacement is fking mental.
