The fire service springs to mind as their senior officers tend to have blues on their own cars so you see some interesting ones. If there were two, though, I'd be leaning toward police.

So do the ambulance management. But I can't see emergency service management having pick ups as personal cars, particularly not two running together.

Our local police use new Ford rangers. (Liveried but still!) so I don’t see why they wouldn’t use some for unmarked cars either? Clearly they already have a supply contract with Ford CV...
