I'm taking a semi-informed punt, but the common link between the two may be Sir John Black. who built Triumph in order to compete with Sir William Lyons's Jaguar, having regretted selling the machinery from which to cast the motors.

Is it me or have the bargain barge wells ran rather dry?

I have been in the market a couple of months and nothing has made me think wow that's a bargain. Maybe I should have asked for an inter thread sale!

Gave up and bought this (I know diesel euurgghh)
