@3:39 - did something go into the back of the cam car?!?
Certainly seems like it.
The guy in the Mercedes ML does an emergency stop when he had a green light for his lane, then the cam car is forced to brake hard and gets rear ended. Meawhile the light had changed to red.
The incompetent Mercedes driver instigated that series of events. mad
Nope that was a punishment stop - wait until the lights change and leave him there. The movement in the camera was the DCW hitting keep record button. Obviously we didn't see what the DCW did to warrant that.

It’s Rufford Ford, but it’s the aftermath of a taxi and the subsequent shall we say ‘interesting’ towing technique.

Here's the video of the taxi getting stuck.

Shockingly he is not the only absolute plum to drive a car into 3ft(!) deep water. Even some of the off roaders are seriously pushing their luck.

With a bit of speed the momentum may well have floated him to the other side but you've got to be a bit dim to attempt crossing that at all.

Some of these have to be deliberate insurance claims because it's hard to believe that anyone can be so stupid.

That last one was the cammer looking for an accident. You could see the other car wasn't slowing to stop. Crash only happened because they accelerated into them.
Beat me to it, blatently obvious it isnt going to stop, as I always say, anticipation and observation.

As my military instructor many moons ago said "Treat every other vehicle on the road as being driven by a bloody idiot".
Agreed. The approach speed of cam car was bonkers for a small mini roundabout. People can miss indicators, it’s life.

Featured here before no doubt as its a compilation of previous clips but check out 5.40 and 6.35. Double whammy close pass (blink and you'll miss it) of cyclists and olympic knobhead level of going through on red.

Leanne K @ 2.50 or so - irritating, undoubtedly, but if she was looking further than the edge of her bonnet she could have overtaken that without breaking stride.
After I figured out which of the 2 recently posted videos you were referring to...I found that you had the wrong name and the wrong time ("2.50 or so" just doesnt cut it). biggrin
Ha sorry! When I posted my page hadn't refreshed to show the other video. biggrin

5.40 looked like a perfectly safe pass to me.

If you don't get hit by the nearside wing mirror it's a safe pass. Stop whinging.

I think that must be some kind of spoof/parody account.

Looks as though the driver was trying to make a point (dramatically) of her hogging the lane. A bit OTT but frustration builds on UK roads with this sort of daily incompetence. So she's sent off to do a nice little educational course while he's banned for a year and picking litter for 100 hours. No wonder people lane hog really.

Quite! I was passed closer every working day for over 20yrs but with much less of a speed differential so didn't find it alarming. Increasing traffic volume, deteriorating roads and near misses led me to going cross country on my mtb in the later years. Twice as far but much more fun.

Most drivers need to remember one simple fact: "You are not the police." (Except the ones who are actually Police Officers)

Therefore, it is not your job to enforce the law. Yes, MLMs are annoying and the buggers are everywhere, but it's not our job as drivers to attempt to 'punish' them. Just drive round them and pull back in. Maybe submit dashcam footage to the police of particularly irritating MLMs, but nothing more.
