Looks as though the driver was trying to make a point (dramatically) of her hogging the lane. A bit OTT but frustration builds on UK roads with this sort of daily incompetence. So she's sent off to do a nice little educational course while he's banned for a year and picking litter for 100 hours. No wonder people lane hog really.

Most drivers need to remember one simple fact: "You are not the police." (Except the ones who are actually Police Officers)

Therefore, it is not your job to enforce the law. Yes, MLMs are annoying and the buggers are everywhere, but it's not our job as drivers to attempt to 'punish' them. Just drive round them and pull back in. Maybe submit dashcam footage to the police of particularly irritating MLMs, but nothing more.

Ridiculously over the top penalty for getting frustrated behind a bad driver.

No-one came out of that clip looking particularly clever,

(but people sitting in outside lanes unnecessarily really annoys me, so glad Cam car got done too)

Almost every clip is someone running a red light, missing a stopped queue of traffic etc. Are they so worried about speeding that they just look at the dash all the time?
