I really do love the look of all the new astons (expect the damn SUV thing), but the interiors are just ghastly.

Will someone at Aston please go back to clean, minimal interior design like the old vantage and pretty much any 911.

They made 88? thought it was just 1 concept car, looks very cool though.

I specially like this (you need it)

Also it does remind me a bit of a one of? Wiesmann Spyder concept, lightweight with the at the time M3 V8 engine, short and alive.

OK, aston, you really need to stop with that lime green crap. Seriously.
Couldn’t agree more , if I bought the roadster the first thing I’d do is get all lime green paint bits colour changed back to the body colour and the callipers painted black , far more in keeping imho.
Indeed; Both of the cars for sale have very personal design touches (The other one is Top Gun inspired, including 2 Maverick helmets).
Considering, with only 20 miles driven between the two of them, they were obviously bought to flip, one would think something less divisive in the styling department would aid a quick sale.

That Wiesmann Spyder will keep the guy that whinged about the XJS having too long a rear overhang happy.

I saw the press car at the 2021 London Concours at the Honourable Artillery Company.

Looked fantastic. Tonnes of presence, stimulating design and utterly unique. I absolutely loved it.

I hear the UK is getting 3 of those out of the "88" produced.

1) Been at Aston Martin Birmingham since December 2021 - Apprently silently for sale... hehe
2) Was at Aston Martin Wilmslow for many months, now for sale at Hillmoren in Leicester...
3) Delivered summer last year via Aston Martin Park Lane

If the 3 cars figure is true, at least 66% of them have been up for sale already.

I like the Weisman, Aston is horrible to my eyes though.

The Wiesmann, in turn, reminds me of the Elfin MS8 streamliner, whcih was basically a V8-engined Locaterfield with an enclosed bodyshell:

Also availabel with a windscreen, if you're a pussy:

Any car without windscreen is pretty useless on the road, not to mention dangerous.
Nonsense: don't be such a big girl's blouse.

I've done tens of thousands of miles in aeroscreened cars and am none the worse for it. You just need a decent pair of ballistic sunglasses is all.
When a car or truck kicks up a stone flies up and makes big crack in windscreen.

Perhaps you have a bulletproof cranium, but that constant fear of a stone in the face, made me flinch every time i was overtaking traffic.

Plus wind noise over 60mph is not fun, so a full visor helmet, with intercom if you have passenger was best solution.
So the same as a bikers do everyday then? Put your big boy pants on.

I've seen the Wiesmann Spyder for real in Germany at some Wiesmann minded garage, not far into Germany, seems that one of the Wiesmann brothers works there now :-) it really is a lovely model, in real way nicer and indeed short overhangs, love that.

I totally forgot about those Elfin cars, made in Australia I believe? I knew them at the time from some car magazine's, would also like such MS8, for me one with windscreen please, I'm a pussy biggrinhehedriving

drop the day glow piping and add some different wheels. Other than that, it is a lovely design. Perhaps not as nice as the Ferrari SP2 but the Aston is much bolder a design.
that bridge down the middle might be a bit disconcerting in corners.

Yes - I am not sure that these are being sold at a premium to list, or even being sold at all. Mclaren have had huge problems shifting their version, constantly cutting the production run. Suspect that, other than Ferrari who are forever in a world of their own, there is actually little enthusiasm for this sort of format. Always stuck me as manufacturers short of cash looking for an easy engineering solution to make a quick buck....

Even Billionaires have limited garage space. And over recent years, manufacturers just seam to roll out ever more Hypercars, to the point it's over saturated. And lets face it, given the choice your average Billionaire wants the special editions from Ferrari, Bugatti, and Lamborghini.
