Another lot of Alps nonsense
Discussion
I once spent several months holed up in the Hilton on Deansgate in Manc for work. Home every weekend.
By the end, I'd made friends with all the staff, so got upgraded to the Presidential suite for my last week on project.
I only opened 90% of the doors once, when doing a walkaround on facetime call with the Mrs...

I've watched so many Ukraine drone videos recently I was half expecting to see bombs being dropped and loads of explosions!Right, got to buy some sort of dash cam before I leave the mountains.
If I could have filmed today's stuff it would have been brilliant, everybody here could have told me why I can't drive! And you'd be right!
Many times today I nearly bounced the thing off the barriers, I mean, I don't want to bounce it off the barriers, but I have a little less concern about bouncing it off the barriers than I did a couple of years ago.
A tiny flick of the wrist and its a long way down.
It's not like driving in Bedfordshire.
😁

Go Brad!
I once left my rucksack containing my passport in a cafe about 50 miles outside Jo'burg. Only realised when we went to check in for our flight home, after a scary drive, lost, through patchier parts of the city at evening thunderstorm time.
Called the cafe - not there unsurprisingly.
Cue an extra 2 days holiday and a somewhat annoyed girlfriend.

Did she dump you?

If you can't find a dashcam, could you 'rig up' the drone inside the cabin with the camera pointing forwards? If I could have filmed today's stuff it would have been brilliant, everybody here could have told me why I can't drive! And you'd be right!

After all, if you've already got a mini 4k camera...

There was a Queen song titled "I'm In Love With My Car" with camp Freddy on vocals that might fit the bill!
Great thread brad, just found this and looked up your previous ones, and skimmed through when i should be working!
So very entertaining and heart wrenching (the support and outpouring on here shows what a good place this can be), wish you all the very best and hope you have a fantastic time on this one, have we had a bottle of Heineken on the car photo yet?! (not to mention the receptionist in bikini...!)
Something I would love to do when i'm a bit older (have done some tiny UK ones on my own and find them enjoyable, but never ventured further a field yet) and if i can get into a car half as like the ones you have gone out in all the better!
Look forward to the rest of the thread, and will keep an eye out for your car plates locally and give you a toot, as another Essex boy here!

2019: CAR, GUITAR, DRONE, EUROPE, YOU KNOW THE DRILL! "

Two days without update.
Brad is in Switzerland, the most rules adherent and least tolerant place on the planet. Without any papers.
I'm putting money on him currently being interrogated by a very serious dude, whilst the car is being loaded into a vault under Bahnhofstrasse...
