So here we are -Friday night 21:43 and the whole BBC iplayer app is down so I can’t watch anything other than the live programme. Why can’t they just let ITV/channel 4 do the coverage as they seem to be vaguely competent.

Wet Leg n Wolf Alice mumbling about st over decent guitar riffs, where’s Jeff Lynn when he’s needed.

Billie Eilish I'm finding boring.
I like to think I've a wide range in musical taste but she's not holding my attention. I don't think she's got a great stage presence either.

Like a couple of her songs on the radio but she's not good enough to be a headliner for me.

Just switched off Bille Elish, finding her very boring.

IPlayer is playing up, went to put on primal screen but it just brings up the line up on the stage they are performing on.

Put Robert plant and Alison Kraus on for now.

I can't say this years line up is that exciting. Although I will watch and i'm sure someone will grab my attention

Roll on tomorrow for Noel Gallaghers High Flying Birds. Seen them live a few times, always excellent, especially when he's got an orchestra with him.

Billie E, not really my cuppa at all.

Yep she’s rubbish for this format.

Watched Crowded House, Plant & Krauss - and now Primal Scream on the John Peel stage.

As for Billie Eilish, sorry not getting the hype; appears to be singing (possibly miming) along with a load of backing tracks. Most of the work being done by her backing musicians.....

Hardly surprising that the general demographic on this site aren’t into it (Billie Eilish).
The people who have paid their hard earned to be there seem to be enjoying it.

I'm watching it OK here, although Billie Eilish and Simz did nothing for me at all.

Primals are OK, though he's got a Screamadelica suit on and I hoped there would be loads of Screamadelica songs but none so far.

The people at the front always act like total nutter fans, it’s in the depth of the crowd that people just don’t seem that fussed. When she asked the back of the crowd how they were doing there was a loud booing.

Stop being so miserable. If Glastonbury had exclusively music to your/your generations tastes it would be dying. The variety on offer makes it what it is. This means there will be some things you like and some you don’t. It doesn’t make it rubbish. Watch something else if it makes you happier.

Seriously the headliner is a weak voiced foetus of limited creativity banging the woke drum - perfect!
