I get it if you have £10m+ in the bank and you need an SUV in your life. But outside of that, why anyone would buy one of these is beyond me. And if it’s in a one car garage, I doubt it’s been bought for it’s dynamics and driver engagement.

Requirements:

Park at the gym : block disabled or emergency parking space
Gucci tracksuit
Balenciaga cap
20 year younger girlfriend. If 40 she's 20, 50-30 lets' not go there if younger than 40
Chinese tattoos
Grime blasting through stereo
flip flops with socks
gold chains
LV holdall

(I don't have one - am I jealous - a bit)
I clearly need to get some of the things on that list….I m letting down the brand ‘requirements’
What’s grime music?
The fact you asked "what's grime music?" shows me you feigned ignorance. He could have been referring to Grimes, an artist who (ironically) doesn't make grime music and that could easily have been a mispelling... laugh

Imagine something really noisy, shouty, unintelligible, and you’re half way there. Throw in a few pop pops, and a brap brap, and that’s Grime.

I got a couple of cars like that, sounds like my sort of thing.

It’s almost everything I hate about a car in one car…… and yet, I quite like them! If I had dollars I would have one. I think RSQ8 is better looking but I’d be a sucker for lambo interior.

Plus you could have run a Urus for a year then made a profit.

Funny thing is a good chunk of owners does not have 10 million plus in the bank and nowhere near that amount in assets. G wagons and the big body range rovers are capable when it comes to off-roading and towing, but most cars will end up being used to get from point A to point B in an urban city.
The same could be said about watches, there are watch owners that barely know anything about the mechanics of their time piece but because it is a stainless steel or gold Rolex They purchased one to make a statement and to get that dopamine rush.

Last one I saw was bright lime green, in Bradford and the driver was dealing drugs out of the window to the occupants of a council house.

Subtlety not being a strong point here.

Daily rental/ trade plates a definite!
£250,000 is a small price to pay to recruit the 'runners' and 'holders' of your product. Good branding by the dealer, particularly in that lime green.

There is one at our gym, if there are no disabled spots handy, he parks it on the double yellows outside the door.

Not a good look…

There’s a lot of criticism of the Urus, but apparently not by anyone who’s owned one. I’m one of those people who believed that Porsche should never have built the Cayenne, till I drove one. I’ve been more open-minded since, and I’m now on my third Cayenne in eleven years.

A car only costs what it loses in depreciation. On that basis, the Urus is considerably cheaper than most of the other cars listed in this thread, and therefore better value.

Basically this needs a Cupra badge and a £50k price cut.

Just calculating the number of people that would buy a 150k cupra.

Yep it is zero.

Someone with some sense has arrived, welcome……it’s been in short supply thus far .
