And as for the looks, tell me that if you took the Griffin badges off it, and replaced them with something German that people wouldn't be swooning over the looks.

Cough. (Not from vaping though)
Furry muff. If it didn't have Vauxhall badges attached it wouldn't be a 'Vauxhall' mind.

My bad.

It had a yellow and grey set of graphics on a white paint - IIRC it was carried through to the interior.

My personal experience with this place is that average age of members is 55yrs old, who are virtually all men (girls/other on a motoring forum…pah! Get back in the kitchen) of a similar generally negative Daily Mail mindset who egg each other on. They are mostly likely from an engineering background, giving them special, socially retard attributes and, you will only be liked if you have, have had or know a few things about a Triumph Stag.

I tried a meet once, it verified the above to be true, only they wouldn’t be rude to your face like they are on here, in fear of their somewhat portly physiques being knocked to the floor by someone I imagine. There was a guy with purple hair mind you, he was probably the nicest of the bunch and showed there is some variety.

So, on the face of it there is nothing wrong with your Insignia, in fact the opposite, but you will never convince this place otherwise, or receive any kind of uplifting comment, even if you offer friendly/qualified advice. To be honest, only come here if you want some self loathing and belittling…think of it like a free domineering service, only without Barbara in a corset, a whip and stilettos (unless this is the job of purple hair man). I like to come here to plant a seed of rage from time to time, something that grows into turning people into a meltdown over internet opinions…I then disappear, much like I will with this comment never to read or validate a response, leaving my destruction to spread like a cancer through them all.

Good day to you all.

That's a hell of a long way of saying you drive a Corsa.

Since you took the hook so early, I owed a sneaky re-entry, to wish you a happy 56th birthday this year. Remember to wax the Stag, okay?

Bit of a generalisation if you don't mind me saying. Yes, it's true that there are some pretty loathsome characters on here now and then as is the way with all public forums but everybody? If anyone does decide to belittle, ridicule or bully someone because of the car they drive then it says more about them than it does the person who owns a particular make of car.

Now I detect that you have a bit of class my good man, so your steed must be at least a 1.6 diesel Insignia?

E Class, not that it makes any difference, I quite like Vauxhalls for what they are but as I said, I'm not one to look down or up at anyone because of the make of car they drive, it's pure nonsense.

I quite like Vauxhalls, I've got an Astra and think it's really good, no real complaints. I've also had a previous model Corsa and though it was pretty good.
However someone went into the back of my Astra and I've got a 21 plate Corsa while it's being repaired, and I'm disappointed at how crap it is. Compared to the old Corsa its noisy, not very comfortable and feels proper cheap inside. I'm actually pretty disappointed, first French vauxhall I've driven, not impressed.

It's very good on fuel and has really good headlights, that's all the redeeming features I've found over the last 3 days.
