RE: Epic Lamborghini Revuelto revealed
Discussion
Obviously if they are giving them away, I'll take one, but its not really moving the game forwards from a styling perspective is it?
Countach, Diablo, Murcialago, and Aventador are all very unique (maybe less so with the latter)
This just looks like an Aventador / Hurracan mix, with a McLaren exhaust outlet location

Seems Lamborghini are designing the cars for the people who buy them these days rather than PH posters.
Will sell as many as they can make.

I bet it drives much better than an Aventador plus it brings improved pantomime cow noise. 9500 rpm outside Harrods!
Seriously I don't think anybody would buy an SF90 over this.
Q&A posts in quick succession Seriously I don't think anybody would buy an SF90 over this.

ouldn't agree more!
The ridiculous comments about it being too heavy.
Why are they ridiculous? Is weight now a good thing in a drivers car? Weight is a major reason these kind of cars don't really appeal that much to me anyway. That said 1800kg isn't crazy considering the power output. The ridiculous comments about it being too heavy.

You answered your own question with your last sentence. That said 1800kg isn't crazy considering the power output.
The simple fact is anybody who actually buys this car will highly likely not give a flying fk about the weight.
It is only the armchair critics that will probably never even see one that seem to, or possibly they are just trying to make themselves sound relevant.
Truthfully it is laughable.

This new Lambo looks great: why would anybody lust for a Bugatti or any other way too expensive hypercar? If only Lamborghini would use their tech and skills to do an entry level A110 / Cayman-ish 2-seater.
Just because they can...

Dreadfully disappointed that Mansory, Liberty Walk, Novitec etc, are going to be unable to make it look more cluttered, with more bolt on widgets, than the factory built one.
Maybe they’ll start making cars look more simplified than the manufacturer.Edited by cookie1600 on Wednesday 29th March 16:28
“Mansory: for the understated gentleman”
Quite surprised by the relative lack of posts. A new top of the range Lamborghini comes around every 10 years or so, so this should be a major event and yet...
Can't help feeling that these hypercars have evolved past being relevant anymore to anyone other than those wanting to pose. They're too fast to be driven in anger on the road so are becoming irrelevant. I would actually prefer to own something like an Emira - it would just be more fun to drive.

Never have cars like this been closer to "quick" road cars - you could potentially get burnt off at the lights when a Tesla set to maximum attack comes along...In the 90s when you had a Diablo (which weighed 1600kg, for those weight-haters saying it was better in the old days!) with 500 or 600hp (depending on model). A decent family car had what, 100hp? 120hp?
