hy would anybody want a car like this with a manual gearbox?
I can virtually guarantee that if Lamborghini offered a manual option the auto would outsell it many times over.
Because they saw a journalist years ago spout on about a 'manual' being more 'engaging', and then some other American journalist slobbering on about 'real men drive manuals' or something like that. Ignoring the fact that Journalist A was comparing the F1 'auto' in a Fezza 355 to a manual version 25 years ago, and Journalist B grew up driving Oldsmobiles, and had never driven a manual before.I can virtually guarantee that if Lamborghini offered a manual option the auto would outsell it many times over.
When I see someone write that something like this should have a manual, it just immediately shows they don't have a clue what they are talking about, and really just should be ignored.
I really don't like it. It's gone too far, like a computer game car or a render.
I know Lamborghini are meant to be a huge impact, but as many have said they just aren't getting the timeless or classy look of some of the back catalogue.
I'm obviously not the target market (mainly as I could never afford it).

Worryingly, the best looking Lambos are invariably the first generation of each model before they ruin them making them more and more outlandish. Unfortunately this already looks like a mess. Hmm. Disappointed.
Totally agree. This rings true for both the aventador and huracan. I don’t hate this new car but I do hate the name. “Revolto” sounds like a Harry Potter spell.
Too fussy and not different enough from the old car looks wise.
Driving experience will be fantastic no doubt. Despite the hybrid which everyone is saying ditch and add lightness. Just like they said about the new Honda NSX back in 2016…
The power levels cars are reaching are now becoming alittle bit academic. 1000bhp+ OEM warranty ensured, crazy.
The darker colours suit it better imo.
This is the first Lamborghini, since watching the Cannonball Run at the cinema, which then subsequently caused a Saturday morning trip to Athena to purchase a Countach poster to hang on my bedroom wall (after pausing briefly to look at the Sam Fox and Linda Lusardi posters) that I have not loved at first sight. Life, as I have known it for more than 40 years, is over!

It reminds me of the moment when the 720s was first unveiled. It’s the front end lights design and the way it looks like part of the bonnet has been cut out. And then that “cut out” effect carries on by the rear radiators. The fact that people are saying it works better in dark colours is saying something. I am surprised how it just doesn’t work for me, yet I really liked the Sian..Need to see them side by side again to figure out why.
