I scraped in with a Moral 5 today, not quite the full answer. There is enough in crop 1 for those who really know their onions.

Probably only if they happened to be at an Abergavenny steam rally in 2012 and have a photographic memory, or owned one when brand new. biggrin

Maybe I should have typed "REALLY know their onions" !!
I only got it by the badge, as it's legible enough for me wink
And coincidentally I DID see one at a local steam traction engine rally a few years ago and had to read the badge to identify it! (It was in the car park, not on display)

It seems they only made 118 of them, so unless you're a Steam Rally addict, that's not surprising.

I know, that's why I put a wink, knowing you'd see it. I agree that it's definitely not legible but it is recognisable.
Edited to add it was only a moral 5, as my answer was one word short. I thought it had given it to me but in my excitement missed the tiny "Unlucky, the answer is..."

Oh absolutely, and as long as you are familiar with this obscure badge then you could potentially recognise it.
I am not, so I didn't. biglaugh
