Brand that Cardle wanted on the fifth attempt. All guesses on point.

Badge on the bonnet looks like a red bull above 2-3 wavy blue lines to me.
Thinking of it as a red cow helps wink and you can almost read the name
It's an ox walking across the river Isis.

In 3 when I seen the headlight.
I would have got it in 2 if I seen the trade mark rear wing, but for some reason this car does not have it.
I will simply not believe anybody who says they got it in one.

I thought I was spot on after the second crop. I got it three after the third crop.

Clues are windscreen rake, colour and mirror shape. A previous owner could get it in one. I guess if you know them there may be a clue in the shape in the rear, top corner of the door glass.

I've assumed we all get the same crops, as I've asked a friend to look at Cardle and it's given them a completely different crop, in that case the Ghostbusters Cadillac ambulance which enabled them to get it in one.

So what was your guess on the second crop?
Like I said on 2 you would expect to see the factory fitted rear wing which would make it obvious...but its not there.

You cite colour as a clue in crop 1, but white is not one of the more popular colours for this car.
Windscreen rake is IMO far too specific and nerdy to be a realistic clue on the first crop. Windscreen rake is hard enough to positively identify on a full image (Audi Sport Quattro for example) never mind a small cropped photo. I will give you the door mirror shape though. smile
I am not even going to go there concerning the shape of the top corner of the door glass from within the first crop. biggrin

I still believe nobody genuinely and honestly gets this in 1.

Recognised something in the 3rd crop but couldn't quite place it. Got in on the 4th.

But in crop 5 there was an Eagle eek (at least that was the answer given in a pub quiz asking which car manufacturer has an eagle as its badge, and refusing my answer of Adler, which is German for eagle mad)

Anyway, I've just gone back to Cardle to copy the photo and the answer gives the name but no photo, as shown here :-

No problem, just a minor irritation, as we have the link to Wikimedia of course.

Well, is today's car a one-off, or are we into another run of non-British cars again?
