It was a DBTA 1 for me today.

BTW did anybody manage to find out what Cardle's Computer's answer was for the Elise?

DBTA one.
Ford Cortina Lotus, and it wasn't a Mk.1 until they produced a Mk.2.

I didn't play. That australian sunshine looks so good. Is that a diagonal seam to the front wing running down from behind the headlamp to the bonnet opening or a reflection?

We had a different photo of this very car last year, and Cardle's answer then was the makes and model as you state. And if you look at the Wikimedia file for today's car, the photographer uses the longer name. So Cardle have decided to crop it (just to annoy us?).

Nope. I tried dozens of combinations, including some with the extra bits from the wikimedia file name, and couldn't find one that was accepted.

Me too, including numerous possible typing errors as in the recent Spirfire and Wolsey. frown
As of today, I'm in the DBTA club.

Here is today's car, and despite what we all know it as, and what Cardle says, it's a FORD, who supplied complete body shells to Lotus

Thursday's car; recognised the headlights straight away but couldn't imagine the rest of the car. Just scraped in on a 5 from the grille. DBTA

Cardle must be doing this on purpose!!
