Well, we have had a foreign car this week; the first one since mid 24 I think.

With the cars of the last few days, I wonder if the owners have been keeping an eye on threads like ours and are having a bit of a laugh (at our expense?)

I didn't even realise these were British. I always thought of them as American.

They do have the look of a car that an American would have designed at that time to compete with MG, Healey and Triumph etc. Maybe the designer had the American market in mind and cut his cloth accordingly.
