It is, and I got it in 1 last time (must have been a more kindly crop #1, or more likely I didn't do it after midnight on Friday night!) but today I got carried away by the door hinges and thought Berkeley first, but the correct make/model (omitting word 3, which AFAIK is indistinguishable from the 2 word version) in a DBTA 2.
