Crikey, that Escort "kit car" looks lovely. Something about how the arches are cut into the body or something makes it look like a proper little muscle car, where originals (although still great lookers) always look a little bit over- or under-wheeled.

The orange car is superb, but I'm not sure that it counts as modified though as there doesn't seem to be that much actual escort in the build.

I think so, not certain. There is definitely a fairly similar porker in DR2 but can't remember if it was in the first.

Carmageddon, according to the caption on the site. Possibly a movie based on the game. Or a Top Gear live action segment?

I think it was Top Gear last year, actually, now you've said it.

i am not sure how controversial a view this is..but i have always thought the f40, whilst always amazing, looks better with the LM headlights..

yeah, wasn't keen on that.
Roughly translated as meaning that it hasn't been inspected under those funny new SVA/IVA rules, and should be on a Q plate ...... and the engine number isn't likely to match the Log Book

I have an even more controversioal observation. Although I adored the F40 as a 1980's teenager, I have to say it looks less ideal these days. As more time passes it is looking rather lumpy and akward. The slats and general 80's details inside and out look rather horrid now.

I'm speechless too. How could he ever have adored it?! ugly heap that would've be ridiculed if it hadn't had the mincing donkey on it.
