Hey guys, hope this helps... You can drive to a pre-arrange appointment for an mot with out tax but you must have insurance.

Hi I’m new to this site but would appreciate some help so I’m jumping on this thread. I need to get a car to an MOT but can’t get insurance without an MOT. I can get the insurance but the t&c state it would invalidate my insurance if I had no MOT. I only need insurance for a limited time whilst I get the vehicle MOT done so I can sell it. It’s currently on SORN as it’s a classic car only used by my late partner in Summer but I need to sell it now.
