Tremendous piece of kit yes

I wish Mach 2 & Rennison all the best.

On a similar note, Climb Dance is STILL my favourite motoring video cloud9

That Escudo always has a good trick of fooling perspective, it looks car size but it is a Grand Vitara or something isnt it?

I doubt it will be any good- two blokes making a car, then a bit of NOS and expect to do go around beating records.

Good luck, however I sense epic fail due to it not running right.

I used to work at Mountune and saw the engine dynod when it was in a "lesser" spec about 6 years ago.....only about 840bhp......it was the first big power engine that I saw pushed hard on the dyno and to be honest it scared the 5hit out of me and made me realise operating a dyno is not for the feint hearted (me!)......I do hope they break the 10 minute barrier - what a car to do it in!!!

All it shares is the name and basic shape - its plastic shell is not really that big at all.*

  • Based on having seen the old 'Escudo' in the flesh anyway, I haven't seen the newer versions but assume they're similar size.

I have a former customer who has (or had, he may have got rid of it) a 200... he reckons it was about 600 bhp, and sub 3 0-60... what would this one do it in for gods sake!
