awesome car!
I used to work at Mountune and saw the engine dynod when it was in a "lesser" spec about 6 years ago.....only about 840bhp......it was the first big power engine that I saw pushed hard on the dyno and to be honest it scared the 5hit out of me and made me realise operating a dyno is not for the feint hearted (me!)......I do hope they break the 10 minute barrier - what a car to do it in!!!

That Escudo always has a good trick of fooling perspective, it looks car size but it is a Grand Vitara or something isnt it?
yes, Vitara XL7 .. the long wheelbase Vitara- Based on having seen the old 'Escudo' in the flesh anyway, I haven't seen the newer versions but assume they're similar size.
