The older I get, the more I appreciate these older 911s and the 930 Turbo in particular, and just how mental it was at the time - power figures pushing 300hp when contemporary hot hatches were lucky to have a 1/3rd of the output. Comparison with the new breed of HH would dictate that the newest Turbo should have close to 1200hp! That, coupled with a 0-60 time (among other performance stats) that still fall under the category of "ruddy quick" and it's not difficult to see why these cars have a cult following.

To coin a phrase seen previously on these hallowed pages, I'd eat a tramp's vest to have one of these on the driveway - preferably in black or Slate Grey (inspired by a previous poster's on this topic) for maximum menace.
