–noun
the part of a vascular bundle consisting of sieve tubes, companion cells, parenchyma, and fibers and forming the food-conducting tissue of a plant.

Sorry, not really the sort of subject I get excited about, but I'm sure there's a phloem specialist lurking here somewhere...

"Yes i DO own a [insert manufacturer marque]."

I think it's slightly tacky, but it's only my opinion of course. I have mine, you have yours. You also have nice cars than me ha!

maybe he works for [manufacturer] Head Office? Quite a cool plate. Think BMW have 1 BMW on their press car. Still think you should have stuck in 'good plates' thread wink

I saw AUD1 quite often on an A8 in the car park of a building in Harrogate where there was a VAG office so I would hazard a guess that it belongs to VAG UK.
Not what I would call a 'chav plate' by any stretch of the imagination irked

LOL No. Also, how can a number plate be 'rare', they're all unique!

Saw BA57ARD on a black SLK locally, and can't work out if it's st or not
Doesnt exist, no?
Well I saw it parked up about 100 yards from my house on Friday morning and again on Saturday morning. If I spot it again I'll take a pic.

FWIW if you mean it doesn't show on a plate checker, they sometimes don't.
Apologies, I didnt mean that to sound funny, I just remembered seeing an article where the DVLA pulled this amongst aload of others '57' plates.
No need to apologise, I just didn't want anyone to think I was bulstting.

When I looked on a plate checker it said "No details found", but sure enough...

Yep, looks like you're right.

Not sure how he gets away with that - There are no screws so he's blatantly just got a D instead of an O.

I'll try to get closer pics in the daytime.

more to the point - why have a plate like that which will only draw attention from bib, and then add dodgy screws too? Asking for it if you ask me, but maybe he doesn't get pulled over much?
