PH request for help

As some of you are aware, my wife is very ill and in all reality hasn't got very long to live - probably a matter of a few weeks.

Now this is very hard for me to write and it is not something that I ever thought I would ask, but PH, I want to do something very special for her.

She has always been a fan of Corvettes, little red 63 or 69 corvettes in fact. it was part of our plan one day to have one or the other, but as this is unlikely to happen, I would like somehow to at least have her sit in one, blip the throttle at least, or have one close by enough to touch.

Now I don't know anyone with such a car, but I am hoping that someone here on PH does.

I know it would make her day and if it can be done it would be amazing.

can someone here help me make this happen?

Sorry about your wife, and whilst i cant help myself, might i make a suggestion. See if the mods will let you run a duplicate thread in the american car/corvette section of this website.

It's no issue having a duplicate thread

Duplicates should only get deleted if in mass or reposts

Might be worth considering General Gassing as a lot of people won't even step into the Lounge
